In addition to launching a range of new Apple Watch bands, Apple have also announced that the Apple Watch will receive a price cut of NZ$100, making the Watch more affordable and bringing a greater selection to more people. The range of new bands are now available to purchase for existing Apple Watch owners, or can be purchased in selected configurations for new buyers.
More colours have been added to the existing Apple Watch Sport band range, including Yellow, Apricot, and Royal Blue, which are designed using a custom, high-performance fluoroelastomer. These bands are highly durable and resistant to dirt, sweat, and withstand usage in a number of scenarios.
However, in addition to this range, Apple have also launched a new style of Watch Band, called the Woven Nylon. These bands are made from a durable nylon material, bringing a comfortable, fabric-like feel to the Apple Watch in a range of seven colours so far (Gold/Red, Gold/Blue, Royal Blue, Pink, Scuba Blue, Pearl and Black.)
Finally, in addition to these Woven Nylon bands, Apple have also added a black option to the Milanese Loop Watch Band, along with Red, Marine Blue, Blue Jay and Marigold options for the Classic Buckle, and Storm Grey and White for the Leather Loop band.
